HUDA plots allotment results at Faridabad

Haryana Urban Development Authority has announced the HUDA plots allotment in the Faridabad. The HUDA is the main authority to develop urban area in Haryana. The HUDA develop organized residential and commercial sectors in various parts and cities of Haryana.

HUDA Haryana announced the results of HUDA Faridabad plots draw and the results of the HUDA Plots allotment is available now on the official website of HUDA which is the www.huda.gov.in.

Applicants of residential plots in Faridabad can find their name in the list of the successful and lucky persons who got the HUDA Plots in Faridabad Haryana.

HVPN augmented substation capacity

Chandigarh, The Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam has augmented capacity of its 66 KV substation USA at Faridabad and 132 KV substation at Dharsul in district Fatehabad at a cost of Rs. 4.46 crores.
While stating this today, a spokesman for the Haryana Power Utilities said that capacity of the 66 KV substation USA has been augmented by setting up an additional transformer of 12.5 MVA capacity. Two transformers of16 MVA capacity each are already operative at this substation. About 6,000 consumers of different categories have been benefited by way of increased voltage and regular power supply with the increased capacity of the substation.
Capacity of its 132 KV substation at Dharsul has been augmented by four MVA by replacing a 16 MVA transformer with that of 20 MVA capacity. With the increased capacity, the substation will be able to meet the demand for power during the ensuing paddy season in the command area of the substation.

Ghosh Roya appointed as Dean of FMS MDU

Chandigarh, The Vice Chancellor of Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak, Dr. R. P. Hooda has appointed Dr. H.J. Ghosh Roy, Professor, Institute of Management Studies and  Research (IMSAR) as Dean, Faculty of Management Sciences.
While stating this today, a spokesman of the university said that Prof. Ghosh Roy's tenure as Dean would be from June 18, 2010 to February 28, 2013 that is the date of his superannuation.
He said that the  Vice Chancellor also appointed Dr. (Mrs.) Vimal, Reader, Department  of Music as Head of Music Department  and Prof.K.P.S. Mahalwar as Head of Law Department.  Their appointments have been made for a period of three year .

HAU Hisar entrance results

Chandigarh,  The CCS Haryana Agricultural University,Hisar will declare the result of entrance test  conducted for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes for academic session 2010-11 on June 23.
While stating this today,  Registrar of the University, Dr. R.S. Dalal said that the result would be available on the website of the university www.hau.ernet.in after  mid night on June 22.  He said the results would also be displayed at administrative block (Fletcher Bhawan) of the university.The university had conducted the entrance test for admissions to B.V.Sc. and A.H., B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture, M.Sc.  Food Science and Technology, M.Sc. Biotechnology and M.Sc. Bioinformatics degree programmes on June 12 last.
The Registrar said that the result card would be sent to each candidate by post.

Scheme for granting education allowance to its employees modified

Chandigarh,  The Haryana Government has modified the scheme for granting education allowance to its employees for their benefit.
As per a circular issued by the Finance Department, now the Government employees will be allowed to get reimbursement of Rs. 3,000 for the purchase of textbooks, notebooks, two sets of uniforms, school shoes and transportation charges for a child in a year in addition to the actual fee paid subject to a maximum of Rs. 3,000 per annum.
It has also been decided to grant the education allowance for students studying in Polytechnic or any other diploma course in Polytechnic or Industrial Training Institute after Class 10 for two years.

Upcoming matches / 19th FIFA world Cup league matches scheduled on 22nd of June 2010:
France vs. South Africa - 22 Jun 4:00pm (South Africa Time)
Mexico vs. Uruguay - 22 Jun 4:00pm (South Africa Time)
Greece vs. Argentina - 22 Jun 8:30pm (South Africa Time)
Nigeria vs. South Korea - 22 Jun 8:30pm (South Africa Time)
Today 4 matches in a day will take place. In the matches scheduled on 22nd June in Football world cup are South Africa to face France while Mexico to Take Uruguay. DU colleges Cut off list for admission 2010

Delhi University has declared the first cut off list for the various affiliated colleges of DU for admission into undergraduate courses in Delhi University as well as DU Colleges.

List of various DU Colleges and website link of the Delhi University colleges is Colleges – University of Delhi. There are about 83 colleges which offer various courses in arts, commerce, science and job oriented vocational / professional courses.

The DU cut off list 2010 was scheduled to publish today morning i.e. 22nd of June 2010 for academic session 2010 in various colleges of the Delhi University.

The list has marginal changed from last year DU cut off list for different colleges. The top colleges of the Delhi universities are making move in Google searches in Delhi today i.e. Hindu College, Kirori Mal College, Ramjas College, SRCC, Hansraj College, Jesus and Mary college, Sri Venkateswara College, St. Stephan college of Delhi University.
