Comedian Rajiv Nigam, on the reality show Maa Exchange which started on Wednesday had opined about the daughter of Pooja Bedi that, she was trained for the show. The actor though not being in the house had spoken on the basis of his wife Anuradha's experience at the Bedi residence.

The show, which is inspired by the international TV show Wife Swap, had sent Anuradha to Pooja's house and Pooja to the Nigam's residence for eight days. Pooja had some how managed to cope with the conditions with the Nigams.

But it seems like Anuradha did not have a pleasant experience with Pooja's children. According to sources Anuradha did not leave a chance to criticize the up bringing given by Pooja to their children. The statements had made Aaliya (Pooja's daughter) very upset.

On the contrary Miss Bedi, tried her best to rule the Nigam house by bringing new regulations in the house. Moreover Nigam had also agreed in some of the changes advised by Pooja.

As the bookings for the Austville Residences open on Thursday morning, several prospective buyers rushed for their priority. The Executive condominiums are in great demand in Sengkang.

According to sources, many buyers eager to book their residences had queued up even before the office doors were opened. A long queue was seen along the road side of Buankok Drive. The buyers had rushed in order to secure their choice of unit.

Actually I have applied for a BTO already and I’ve in fact paid some money already, like S$2,000. But the thing is, I was thinking that I might even forfeit that to get this,” a prospective buyer said. Some 100 buyers had queued in the line for securing their units.

Some of the buyers had arrived on the previous day. The project contains a total of 540 units and on an average the price of per square foot costs S$680. The units are available only to those having an income above S$10,000.

The Bornean Bay Cat found in the Borneo rainforest is one of the rarest species of the cat family in the world. Sources say that, there are only 50 cats of the breed existing in the world.

The Bay cat was found in the northern highlands of the Sarawak state. The picture is one of the very rare ones of the species.

Apart from being rare, not much is known about the cat. The color of the cat is usually reddish but is also found in grey color. The cat looks like the size of a small dog.

Till now only 12 specimens of the Bornean species have been found. The animal being listed in the endangered species is found only in the island of Borneo, in the states of Sabah, Sarawak and Kalimantan. In the year 1998, the second live specimen of the breed was captured and till then no pictures had existed of the cat.
