Taiwanese pop singer Jay Chou, was recently in Los Angeles to shoot for a scene of the new super hero movie The Green Hornet. And this was when Hollywood actor Seth Rogen realized Chou's popularity on a foreign land.

While the cast of the super hero movie were shooting in an apartment, a huge crowd of fans outside the apartment gathered, to catch a glimpse of the star. “Though we’ve heard of Jay’s massive popularity among the Chinese community, we didn’t know how big he really was…(until we) witnessed it for ourselves,” Rogen said.

The actor also added that, the fans were going mad outside as if they had seen the Beatles. Sources had also revealed that, during the promotion of the movie in Asia, Chou had always caught the attention of the crowd.

Chou is all set to make his Hollwood debut with the film The Green Hornet. The action comedy movie also stars Christoph Waltz and Cameron Diaz.
